Workforce Investment Network

The Workforce Investment Network (WIN) is the state’s public workforce system. The system is an important resource for connecting employers with workers quickly, conveniently, and at no cost. The WIN in Mississippi system includes a network of WIN Job Centers strategically located around the state and the Workforce Investment Network Global Services system (WINGS) which is an online resource available to employers for job posting and recruitment.
